Sales Executive – Pennant Park

As a Sales Executive at Pennant Park, you will lead the lodge ownership sales operation and manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion and after‑sales. This position requires strong industry awareness, excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to maintain high performance standards.

You will play a key role in growing our owner community and ensuring that every prospective owner receives a warm, professional and seamless experience.


Responsibilities

* Deliver the company sales plan and drive customer growth.
* Engage with holiday guests and follow weekly processes to support sales.
* Represent Pennant Park with comprehensive product knowledge.
* Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate ownership solutions.
* Set sales goals, plan ahead and analyse performance data.
* Generate new leads using proactive and creative methods.
* Follow company procedures for managing all sales enquiries.
* Build long‑term, trusted relationships with prospective owners.
* Guide customers through the full sales process up to completion and handover.
* Provide monthly activity plans, sales funnel updates and projected completions.
* Report monthly completions and expected revenue to senior leaders.
* Work collaboratively with the GM, CEO and Head of Marketing on campaigns.
* Set personal objectives and review performance regularly.
* Lead by example with consistently high standards of behaviour.
* Work collaboratively with all departments at Pennant Park.
* Support compliance with safety legislation and procedures.
* Maintain site, guest and team safety and security.
* Represent the company vision and values at all times.
* Attend and contribute to team meetings.
* Support management to ensure proactive and efficient operations.
* Assist other departments and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service and presentation standards.
* Handle complaints promptly and courteously.
* Ensure all after‑sales tasks and lodge handovers are completed to standard.
* Provide clear product and service information to customers.
* Work safely and adhere to all company procedures.
* Act as an ambassador for Pennant Park at all times.
