You'll be joining a newly formed team of 5 in the HR department at a global leader in education. The organisation employee 450 people across 3 departments and you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in world. You'll be working in newly renovated offices, on a hybrid working basis.
Job Description
* Manage and oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
* Support Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR on a variety of upcoming improvement projects.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems.Management of an HR Officer, proving guidance and supporting their further development.
* Coordinate training and development programmes for staff members.
* Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
* Examples of support & HR Advice provided in previous roles.
* Proficiency in using HR systems and managing employee data.
* Natural proactivity.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
* An ability to build strong connections and earn trust.
