Role Overview
As a Site Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation, you will:
1. Lead day-to-day site operations on retrofit and decarbonisation projects.
2. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
3. Ensure compliance with PAS /, health & safety, and building regulations.
4. Liaise with tenants in occupied properties to minimise disruption.
5. Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and quality control.
6. Monitor progress against programme and escalate delays when needed.
Essential Criteria
7. Proven experience as a Site Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation or energy efficiency projects.
8. Knowledge of PAS / compliance and decarbonisation techniques.
9. Valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
10. Experience working in occupied properties (social housing preferred).
11. NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in Construction Site Management.
12. Retrofit Site Supervisor training (TrustMark/PAS -aligned).
13. Ability to read drawings and interpret technical specifications.
