4. Temporary role - ongoing with immediate start upon successful application
5. £14 per hour - submit weekly timesheets for hours worked
6. Fully on-site, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Job Description
HR Administrator:
8. Provide HR advice in regards to policies and procedures
9. Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager
10. Assist HR team to co-ordinate and oversee the end to end lifecycle of recruitment, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, workforce changes
11. Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee HR queries
12. Assist with Recruitment Campaigns, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews
13. Maintain data accuracy
14. Note taking at meetings, including disciplinary and grievance hearings
15. Work to continuously improve the HR services to enhance organisational performance
16. Maintain accurate Training records and co-ordinate and arrange training for employees
17. Assist with the monitoring of long and short term absence
The Successful Applicant
18. Must have previously worked in a HR Administrator role
19. HR qualification, degree or CIPD desirable but not essential
20. The role would suit someone looking for their next step in HR
21. Must have previously worked in a HR role and team with excellent administrative skills
22. Must have a positive approach to work and remain professional
23. Able to work with various teams across an organisation
