As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the business
* Writing and posting job adverts to attract suitable candidates
* Screening CVs and shortlisting applicants in line with role requirements
* Coordinating and organising interviews with hiring managers
* Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Preparing and issuing employment contracts and offer documentation
* Managing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new employees
* Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
* Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience

This Internal Recruiter role would suit someone who is proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple vacancies.

* Previous experience in an internal recruitment or recruitment coordination role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
