About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on HR Officer to take ownership of the day‑to‑day HR function for a fantastic international organisation. This is a standalone generalist role with real scope to influence culture, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across a diverse, high‑performing, multicultural team. What You’ll Be Doing
* Look after all day‑to‑day HR duties.
* Look after payroll and benefits.
* Recruitment and onboarding.
* Performance, development & systems support.
* Manage all HR systems.
* Drive employee engagement & culture.
* Develop company policy.
* Lead value‑add HR initiatives.
About You
* Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone or small‑team role.
* Experience managing payroll with external providers is a plus.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a fast‑moving or international environment.
* A passion for employee experience and engagement.
