The Telephone Sales Executive will be responsible for driving commercial growth through outbound telephone sales, developing client relationships, and securing project orders from M&E contractors and merchants. The Sales Executive will be responsible for: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with M&E contractors. * Making proactive outbound calls to pursue new business and follow up on active projects. * Negotiating pricing and securing sales orders. * Creating and issuing accurate quotations. * Updating and managing CRM records and project activity. * Supporting the regional sales team's gross margin targets. * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and team performance. * Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture. The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have: * A genuine passion for sales and business development. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A confident, professional telephone manner. * Proficiency in CRM systems. * A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. * (Preferred) Previous experience in B2B or telephone-based sales.
