A global aerospace distribution company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its UK Quality function. You will develop, implement, and maintain a proactive Business Management System, ensuring all Quality KPIs are achieved and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the UK Quality Assurance team
Maintain and improve business management systems and processes
Ensure compliance with AS9120, ASA-100, FAA AC 00-56A, and customer standards
Manage internal audits, corrective actions, and KPIs
Drive continuous improvement and process innovation
Oversee supplier quality management with procurement teams
Provide guidance on ISO14001, ISO27001, and ISO45001
Experience and Qualifications
Leadership experience in aerospace quality management
Extensive Quality Assurance experience
Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9120, ASA-100, and FAA AC 00-56A
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Degree educated or equivalent experience
CQI Member (MCQI/CQP) preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher desirable
