Human Resources Manager Location: Leatherhead Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 Reporting to: CEO Line management responsibility: Assistant HR & Office Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver a professional HR service across the business. This is a hands-on role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and people development. You will play a key role in ensuring HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with business objectives, while promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.
