M&E Site Manager (Electrical Bias)
We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager (Electrical Bias) to join our team on a commercial construction project. This is a key site-based role responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical installation works, with a strong focus on electrical packages.
You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all M&E activities on site, with particular oversight of electrical installations
* Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and programme
* Chair site coordination meetings and liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives
* Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager
* Ensure all works are delivered in line with H&S regulations and company procedures
* Oversee commissioning and handover processes
* Manage quality control, inspections, and snagging
* Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting via R DRIVE
Electrical Manager Requirements
* Black ECS
* SMSTS
* Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on commercial projects
* Strong electrical background (trade or engineering qualification preferred)
* Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors and site teams
* Confident and competent using R DRIVE for documentation, reporting, and project tracking
* Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to drive programme and resolve site issues proactively
