The Role: As a Quality Manager for Ground Mount Solar PV Projects, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful ground-mounted solar photovoltaic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for solar PV projects.
* Conduct inspections and testing of installations, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Maintain records and generate reports on quality performance.
* Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to meet quality expectations.
* Identify risks and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
* Provide training on quality procedures to the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in quality management, preferably within solar or large-scale construction industries.
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Certification in quality management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
