Your role:
* Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations and treatments
* Build rapport with potential patients through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
* Confidently discuss treatment plans, pricing, and finance options
* Hit and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a patient-first approach
* Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to optimise the patient journey
You’ll need:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare, luxury, or service sectors
* A natural people person – confident, empathetic, and driven
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
