HR Administrator
Due to continued growth at Jensten, a new opportunity has arisen to join the HR Operations Team as a HR Administrator at our head office in Huntingdon.

We are looking to recruit a newly created role into our HR Operations team.
Reporting into the HR Operations Specialist and working alongside the wider HR team, you will support the delivery of HR operational effectiveness by administrating the employee life‑cycle process and key monthly deliverables such as payroll and analytics.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of the People Operations team, including drafting a range of letters and documents, scheduling training sessions, managing invites, supporting in administrating benefits, and other clerical tasks. Support HR Operations tasks to deliver Learning & Development, Benefits, and Payroll tasks as required.
* General HR Enquiries: Own the allocation of tickets to the appropriate team member or reply to employees’ general HR enquiries within the HR ticketing system.
* HRIS Management: Manage data entry, updates, and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate all administrative aspects of the onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees.
* Report Preparation: Prepare HR reports and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data and insights.
* Document Management & Compliance: Manage and maintain HR documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
About You
This role is suited to candidates with existing HR administration experience, or professionals with administration experience in another regulated sector. Graduates with a strong interest in building a career within HR will also be considered.
What You’ll Also Be or Have
* Ideally prior experience of administration.
* An interest in HR, People and Culture.
* Proficiency using the Microsoft suite – Office, Word and Excel.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of our small team to find solutions and meet objectives.
* Ability to act with integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
* Ability to prioritise, respond flexibly to change, plan, schedule and monitor your own work.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Actively building relationships with the HR team, business stakeholders and external parties as required.
