About Our Client

Part of the HR and Payroll team you will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll. The role will involve multifrequency payrolls and calculations of different contract terms and conditions.

3. Experience of working in a Payroll Officer position with a high level of customer interaction
4. Experience processing and administering different pension schemes
5. Produce the monthly absence reports from the HR system to support payroll processing
6. Contribute to the smooth running of the organisation by providing the HR team with any payroll related support
7. Track record in delivering an efficient and timely payroll service with multiple payrolls
8. Process multi frequency payrolls including part time, full time, enhanced hours, overtime, weekend rates etc
9. Process end to end payroll including adding all starter/ leaver contract using Sage Payroll
10. Process company maternity, sick pay, occupational sick, parental and statutory requirements
11. Process AOE, student loans, court orders
12. Pension submissions and calculations to HMRC
13. Process pay slips, P60s, P45s and submit monthly reports

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll HR Administrator should have:

14. Ability to process end to end monthly paid employees with complex changes to payroll calculations
15. At least 5 years experience in processing end to end payroll
16. Proficiency in payroll and HR administration, with a strong attention to detail.
17. Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
18. Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
19. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

21. Hourly rate of £14.00 to £15.50, depending on experience.
