Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - theyre chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area</li><li>Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool</li><li>Build relationships with Customer & collaborate with regional team, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources</li><li>Create value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including Network Diagrams & Cost benefit solutions</li><li>Support the transition of new accounts</li><li>Support AR (accounts receivable) collection</li><li>Own Credit setup process with new customers onboard</li><li>Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledge</li><li>Involvement in local trade groups, as directed by the DSM</li><li>Make 50 sales calls every month or as directed by DSM</li><li>Make required number of joint calls as directed by DSM</li><li>Meet required individual budgets</li><li>Have diversified sales pipeline across verticals & Expeditors service</li><li>Take on additional assignments as required, supporting company needs</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>English language proficiency</li><li>Global logistics industry knowledge</li><li>2- 5 years of sales experience in the required market.</li><li>Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment</li><li>Strong rapport and relationship-building focused</li><li>Presentation skills</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>23 Days holiday</li><li>Private Medical Insurance</li><li>Dental and Optical cover</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Training and Personnel Development Program</li><li>EAP</li></ul></div>
