Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time permanent role
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3/4 days in office)
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

The role
In your new role as a HR Administrator, you will be providing high quality administrative support to a busy Human Resources team in London. Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the HR inboxes daily.Responsible for all data entry on HR system (Workday) to include new joiner/leaver information, vacation, sickness, secondments and other leave of absences.Assisting HR team with the employee lifecycle processes.Preparing letters.Carrying out Right to Work checks for new employees.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.Good IT skills (knowledge of Workday is beneficial).Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
