Job Description
ACS International Schools is seeking a HR Administrator & Systems Specialist to join our collaborative HR team, working at our Cobham Campus.
In this role, you will provide general HR Administrative support, particularly in ensuring ACS is compliant with UK employment and ISI regulations within the onboarding process.
You will work closely with the HR Systems Lead and HR Operations Manager to ensure the system meets all functionality requirements, including seamless generation of the SCR and provide ongoing support to optimise system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and stakeholder management:
1. Collect and document HR requirements to ensure the integrated HR system supports the school’s complex structures and operational needs.
2. Mapping HR processes (current and desired) to ensure smooth process improvements.
3. Ensuring a deep understanding of the HRIS system and future needs.
4. Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, including HR, payroll, recruitment, and senior management, to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the implementation and operational phases of the project.
5. Serve as the subject matter expert for HR data within the system. Provide guidance on data integrity, best practices, and troubleshooting.
