Site Manager – New Build Care Home Project 📍 Milton Keynes 💰 Salary: Dependent on Experience 📅 Fixed-Term (Project Completion – approx. 8 months remaining) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to take over a live new-build care home project based in Milton Keynes. Our client is an established construction contractor delivering a 13-bed care home development, and due to unforeseen circumstances they are looking to appoint a Site Manager as soon as possible to oversee the remaining stages of the build through to completion. The Project This is a ground-up new build scheme, similar in nature to small-scale commercial construction projects. The structure has now been completed and the project is entering the main internal construction phase. The incoming Site Manager will take responsibility from first fix M&E onwards, ensuring the successful delivery of the project through to practical completion and final handover. The remaining programme is approximately 8 months.
