Our very busy automotive client based in Fradley Park, Lichfield is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment within a well-known and reputable company.
Duties Include:
Preparing HR-related documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports
Supporting payroll administration with accurate employee data
Providing administrative support to the HR team
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
Skills Required:
Previous administration experience (HR admin preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Hours & Pay:
Monday-Thursday: 08:00-16:45
Friday: 08:00-14:30
Pay: £13.00 per hour
