This role will help us to do this by providing a professional labouring service that delivers an excellent customer experience whilst adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Support decorators in carrying out painting and decorating work within the customer homes & vacant properties
* Aid all trades team with a range of property repair and maintenance tasks
* Ensure customer’s homes are left clean, secure, safe and disposing of waste in line with company procedures
* Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes
* Updating PDA systems
* Orders parts, materials or follow-on work as required
We need someone who has:
* Experience undertaking general labouring duties (roofing/ground working), or of working within a similar role
* Experience carrying out and supporting repair-work including associated multi-trade tasks, both internally and externally within customers homes
* Sound building and construction knowledge
* General building maintenance repair knowledge
* Competent in using mobile applications and handled technology including PDA’s
* A full valid driving license.
