Role Status & Location Position: Site Manager Sector: Outstanding Ofsted-rated Academy Location: Leicester (East Midlands) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week) The Opportunity & Context The academy was recently rated Outstanding in all categories and seeks a dedicated Site Manager committed to maintaining high standards of safety and presentation. PFI Context: This role manages the school's additional facilities (outside the main PFI contract) and involves close liaison with the external provider and other schools in the Trust. Expectation: The role requires flexibility, initiative, and responsibility for the security and safety of the buildings, including carrying out maintenance and DIY tasks. Compensation & Logistics Salary Scale: Grade 6 Points 15-18, £32,061 - £34,434 Annually. Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week. Includes split shifts during term time, and some weekend work is necessary. Requirements: Experience in a similar role or demonstrated practical maintenance ability. Training is available.
