Academics are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join a busy catering team in the Gravesend area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and passionate about food service to step into a rewarding role.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the daily running of the kitchen and catering service
* Managing and supporting catering staff
* Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
* Ordering stock and managing budgets effectively
* Delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
* Previous experience in a catering management or supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
* Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
* Up to date Safeguarding training
* Ability to start immediately
