A well-established housing contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the North West and Yorkshire is seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their growing team. The business is extremely busy this year and continues to secure long-term contracts, offering excellent stability and progression for the right candidate.
Location and Salary
Location: North West Projects (Regional Works)
Salary: £42,000 + Company Van or Car Allowance
Scope of Works
The successful Site Manager will oversee a wide range of internal and external works, including:
* Internal Works
* Kitchen installations
* Bathroom installations
* Electrical Testing
* Painting & decorating works
* Door and roofing installations
* Environmental works
* Fire Risk Assessments
Role Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
* Coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring smooth workflow and clear communication.
* Overseeing health & safety compliance, carrying out site inspections and maintaining documentation.
* Monitoring project progress, reporting issues, risks, and updates to senior management.
* Ensuring quality standards are met across all stages of construction.
* Managing materials, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination to meet project milestones.
