What youll be doing as HR Manager:
Youll take ownership of the full people agenda from workforce planning and international recruitment to embedding values, driving engagement, and supporting leaders to get the very best out of their teams. Its a chance to make a real, lasting impact at a critical stage in the organisations journey.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic People Leadership
1. Partner with team leaders and the SLT to align workforce planning with budget and long-term goals.
2. Lead international recruitment campaigns, ensuring excellent candidate experience and proactive manager involvement.
3. Design and coordinate the induction/ onboarding process, learning & development programmes, career progression frameworks, and performance review processes.
