* Manage shared HR inbox
* Onboard new starters
* Be the first point of contact for employees
* Maintain confidential records
* Prepare payroll
* Handle general admin tasks
* Provide recruitment updates
Requirements:
* Experience in HR administration
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent telephone handling skills
* Intermediate Excel skills
* High standards of work
* Confidence in challenging situations
* Ability to resolve issues responsibly
