We’re looking for a talented Sales Executive to work full time in our development in Romsey.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll make a true difference in the lives of our customers by introducing them to the world of independent living. You’ll proactively contact interested customers and provide expert advice on their purchase of an apartment and the associated lifestyle.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
2. Working on-site from the Welcome Centre, responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining budgeted selling prices, gaining a thorough understanding of the site which will become their new home.
3. As the development progresses, showing customers apartments using the show home centre, which includes floor plans, apartment designs, interior options, and removal services.
You will collaborate with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams, as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and managing sales through to completion.
About you
Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, especially in the retirement market. Your calming and supportive approach will help ease customers' concerns during their decision-making process.
Key attributes include excellent customer relationship skills, a proactive sales and marketing approach, professionalism, responsibility, and proficiency with IT databases. You must hold a valid UK Driver’s Licence for off-site customer visits.
