Role Description
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our flagship branch in Horsham. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and have experience in the building materials sector — this could be the perfect next step for you.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for both trade and retail customers — answering enquiries, preparing quotes, and taking orders via phone, email, and in person. You’ll also play an active role in promoting our products and services to new and existing customers.
We’re after someone with:
* At least 2 years' experience in the builders merchants industry
* A passion for delivering top-tier customer service
* Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
* A collaborative approach and IT confidence
Hours: 7am–4.30pm Mon–Fri, 8am–12pm alternate Saturdays
Holiday: 23 days + Bank Holidays
Salary: Competitive + discretionary bonus scheme
