Telesales Executive
Location: Blantyre, Glasgow (Onsite)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + uncapped commission
We're looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join a growing commercial team based in Blantyre. This role is all about proactive outbound sales, lead generation and building an early-stage pipeline. You'll be speaking with potential clients daily, qualifying opportunities and setting up deals for the wider sales function.

Responsibilities
* Proactively sourcing and generating new leads through outbound calls and digital outreach
* Introducing products and services to potential clients and qualifying interest
* Managing and updating your own pipeline using a CRM system
* Booking meetings and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team
* Working closely with marketing to feedback on lead quality and market trends
* Keeping up to date with industry activity and competitor movement
* Hitting daily, weekly and monthly activity and revenue KPIs
Requirements
* Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales or business development
* Confident making cold calls and handling objections professionally
* Target-driven, resilient and commercially minded
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools
* Experience in financial or professional services is beneficial but not essential
* Full UK driving licence required
Working Pattern
* Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm
* Friday: 9am-1pm half day
* No evenings or weekends
* Fully onsite role
