Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Grounds Manager to oversee multi-site grounds operations at a high-profile pharmaceutical campus. You’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding service, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and sustainability across multiple sites. What You’ll Do Lead and develop grounds teams across Stevenage, Harlow, and Cockrell Close, fostering a high-performance and zero-harm culture. Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of grounds maintenance including landscaping, gritting, tree care, and environmental support. Drive compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fleet regulations. Oversee recruitment, training, absence and performance management in line with Sodexo HR policies. Monitor KPIs, manage service tickets (e.g., ServiceNow), and ensure strong stakeholder engagement and client satisfaction. Champion sustainability and biodiversity initiatives aligned with GSK’s environmental goals. What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing grounds or FM services across multiple sites. Strong leadership and team development skills. Health & Safety compliance knowledge and zero-harm mindset. Experience in HR processes (conduct, grievances, absence management).
