Responsibilities
As a Media Developer, you’ll design and deliver multimedia, e-learning, and digital content that supports Babcock’s training services. Day-to-day, your work will enhance learner experiences, drive innovation in digital learning, and strengthen Babcock’s reputation across critical contracts.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging multimedia learning materials
* Develop interactive e-learning content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, and Captivate
* Capture and edit photography and video for training purposes
* Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and defence standards
Essential Experience
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite CC
* Experience with rapid e-learning development tools (Articulate, Storyline, Captivate)
* Photography and videography skills
* Knowledge of audio, image, and video production
Qualifications
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or demonstrable experience in a digital learning environment
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
