HR & Payroll administrator

loc8me is an ever-growing student lettings company with nationwide offices. Our vision is to provide industry-leading accommodation experiences for our students and our landlords across the country. We are looking for a HR & Payroll administrator to join our ambitious Head Office accounts team. You will work directly with the Financial DIrector & Operations Director, the ideal candidate will have great attention to detail whilst also delivering a first class service to both internal and external stakeholders.

While this is a stand alone role working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with other colleagues in branch. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a 'get stuck in attitude'.

* Monthly payroll processing end to end including auto-enrolment for pensions, manual calculations & statutory payments (essential)
* HR administration including contract production & onboarding of new staff
* Recruitment - finding suitable applicants for vacancies across the business and passing them to relevant managers.
* HR audits alongside our HR consultancy firm to ensure we are up to date with legislation
* Basic Bookkeeping
* Onboarding new starters
* Assisting the directors with monthly board reporting
* Arranging regular staff training

We're looking for

* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service
* Accounting and Financial administration experience preferred
* Payroll experience (end to end processing essential)
* Some basic HR knowledge
* Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable in approach to work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Experience:

* Payroll & HR administration : 2 years (preferred)
* Basic HR knowledge : 2 years (preferred)
