<div><h3>Job Overview</h3><p> Ashley Kate HR & Finance is supporting a client in the Nottingham area that is seeking a temporary HR professional during a period of change. The organization is embarking on a new 2-year people strategy and requires an all-round HR Generalist to support the team for up to 3 months initially, with the possibility of extending beyond that period.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build strong relationships and engage in effective communication across the organization.</li><li>Lead all internal HR communications.</li><li>Support the HR Director with ad-hoc HR projects.</li><li>Lead learning and development activities, including training facilitation and coordination.</li><li>Assist with employee relations, policy development, data analysis, recruitment and onboarding.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong HR generalist experience, preferably as an HR Officer, Generalist, or Advisor.</li><li>Experience or strong interest in learning & development.</li><li>Ideal to be CIPD qualified or currently pursuing CIPD accreditation.</li><li>Immediate availability to start.</li></ul><h3>Employment Details</h3><p>Hybrid role offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
