Sales Executive – Staffs Fitness Ltd

Responsibilities
* Implement and deliver against Staffs Fitness Ltd sales strategy and achieve pre‑determined sales targets by conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
* Set up meetings with potential clients.
* Prepare quotes, floor plans and other sales tools, negotiate and close deals.
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
* Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
* Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
* Handle complaints or objections.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Achieve pre‑determined sales targets.
* Take, progress and monitor sales orders.
* Play an active role in new product development.
* Keep records of sales targets and actual figures and compile them into reports for management.
* Perform sales projects as required.
* Work with the marketing department to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
* Carry out any ad‑hoc duties as appropriate.

* Core range of products ranging in price from £100 – £10,000.

* 2 years experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

* Comprehensive understanding of the fitness industry.
