Key Responsibilities
* Manage new starter administration and coordinate induction programmes
* Organise and facilitate training sessions, including CPD requirements
* Maintain and update HR policies on the intranet
* Support HR projects and suggest process improvements
* Assist with compliance checks and ensure accurate record-keeping
About You
* HR experience at Officer level, ideally within legal or professional services
* Proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently
* Strong understanding of CPD requirements
* Collaborative mindset and commitment to team improvements
