Employment Senior Associate – Liverpool – Up to £120,000 salary
This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading global Employment practice and gain exposure to groundbreaking employment matters across a variety of sectors.
The quality of the work within the team is unparalleled, ranging from high value litigation in the Employment Tribunals and High Court to international projects for some of the world's largest employers. You will have the opportunity play a key part in co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional projects and advise both national and international clients across a range of sectors, with a focus on technology, life sciences and financial services.

The Candidate
* Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years of post qualification experience
* Proficient in both contentious and non-contentious work
* Experience of advising multi-national clients across a range of commercial sectors
* Ability to lead in negotiations and transaction management
* Ability to manage tribunal claims and other contentious matters independently
* Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior colleagues
* A strong commercial acumen and proven business development skills
