We're Hiring: Human Resource Manager
Permanent Full-time £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Are you an experienced Human Resource Manager ready to make a real impact? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving organisational success, employee engagement, and cultural growth.
Responsibilities
* Drive organisational effectiveness and change initiatives, ensuring the right people, structure, and processes are in place.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
* Partner with leadership and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve retention.
* Administer and oversee Employee Benefits, including pensions via third-party providers.
* Lead recruitment initiatives, including apprenticeship programme support.
* Serve as a trusted HR business partner to the Manufacturing Site Leader and leadership team.
* Implement and communicate company-wide HR initiatives and change programmes.
* Provide guidance on policies, compliance, and employee relations.
* Ensure GDPR compliance in data handling and reporting.
* Drive performance management, career development, and disciplinary processes.
* Monitor and act on HR KPIs to address key challenges.
* Lead and inspire a high-performing HR team to achieve excellence.
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven HR management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, and GDPR.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in employee relations, talent development, and organisational change.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
