Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring the preparation and presentation of Sausage Rolls, Scotch Eggs and Quiches while adhering to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
* Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering services as required.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
* Provide exceptional service during meal presentation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role is essential.
* Previous experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
