HR Administrator
Temporary (4–6 weeks)
Location: Office-based - Lasswade, EH18
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday - Can be fleixble
We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis for approximately 4–6 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a busy HR environment and support key recruitment and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advertising roles on the recruitment platform
2. Liaising with recruiting managers to support the hiring process
3. Communicating with candidates and managing interview arrangements
4. Setting up interviews and providing feedback afterwards
5. Preparing HR documentation and letters using templates
6. Assisting with onboarding of new starters, including creating staff passes and emailing new employees
7. Carrying out general HR administrative duties as required
Requirements:
8. Previous HR administrative experience desirable
9. Strong communication and organisational skills
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
11. Confident IT user, with ability to pick up new systems quickly
12. Proactive, professional and able to work independently
