WAVE Trauma Centre are recruiting for a Deputy HR Manager based in our Nevara Centre, Belfast.
The post holder will work as part of the dedicated, professional people-centred human resources team. Working closely with the Regional HR Manager, the post holder will ensure WAVE maintains best practice people management and development throughout the organisation, helping to ensure that HR policies, systems and practices are compliant, effective and aligned with organisational values.
Salary: £42,839 per annum
Location: 4 Chichester Park Central, Belfast, BT15 5DU
Hours of Work: 37.5hrs, Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm and Friday: 9.00am-4:30pm
