Luminate Education Group is recruiting for a HR Administrator/Advisor to join our HR Shared Service team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to work alongside us, enhancing our HR service delivery. We are a friendly and supportive team passionate about providing outstanding service to all stakeholders across the group.
As an HR Administrator/Advisor, you will support stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, staff changes, maternity leave, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR administration, a positive customer service approach, the ability to manage a busy workload, and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
1. First point of contact for hub HR queries.
2. Collaborate within the team and across the group to support managers, employees, and stakeholders.
3. Provide high-quality administrative support on HR matters.
4. Maintain accurate HR records.
5. Produce reports and data for HR activities, including Employee Relations cases.
6. Complete pre-employment compliance checks for new hires.
7. Ensure all changes are communicated to payroll in line with deadlines.
About You
1. Experience in a varied HR role.
2. Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
3. Strong customer support skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands and deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and experience with HR systems.
