About the Role
Vita CV is recruiting on behalf of a professional services firm with offices in Birmingham city centre.
This is a permanent, entry‑level HR seat. The HR team supports a 180‑person operation across two UK sites. This role reports to an HR Coordinator and sits alongside one other administrator, with day‑to‑day responsibility for new‑starter onboarding, employee record maintenance, and first‑line query response.

Qualifications
* Comfort with Microsoft Office at a daily‑use level (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Discretion in handling confidential personal data
* Right to work in the UK
Preferred Skills
* Any prior exposure to HRIS systems (the firm uses BambooHR, training given on the specific instance)
* CIPD Level 3 or working toward (funded by the client from start if not held)
* Right‑to‑work or onboarding administration experience
Pay range and compensation package
£12.82 to £14.62 per hour (£25,000 to £28,500 annualised at 37.5 hours) depending on experience.
