Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time - (Remote) Only requested to attend the office for training

Culture Guru is recruiting for an Sales Executive / Agent with 5-star customer service and communication skills for a well-established environmental services company, specialising in Asbestos & Fire Safety, progressing through an exciting growth period within its business journey.

This people-led evolving company’s Sales Executive / Agent vacancy would suit someone who can accurately coordinate multiple tasks with great attention to detail, someone who can think clearly in reactive situations and someone who can efficiently respond to inbound queries with professionalism - pitching the right company solution product and the business USP.

Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;

* Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, delivering professional and courteous customer service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Actively download and efficiently manage data from lead sources, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
* Conduct thorough research on companies to gather relevant information before engaging with potential customers.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through web forms and other sources, providing appropriate information and assistance.
* Use the CRM systems (ServiceMate, Quotient) to input, update, and maintain customer data and sales activities.
* Schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively.
* Collaborate with the wider sales and admin team to provide comprehensive and accurate information, ensuring a smooth handover process.
* Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;

* 1-3 years of proven working experience in sales/client outreach
* Can handle objections professionally
* Driven attitude
* Premium delivery of sales/customer service
* Proficiency in English and strong phone communication skills
* Uber organised with a customer-centric mindset
* Strong ability to be proactive, self-motivated and solutions-orientated
* Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills
