£260 - £270 per day
TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a site manager on a refurbishment project in Acton (West London). This is a commercial refurbishment project on a medium sized unit and is expected to last for 7-8 weeks.
This role is working with a national refurbishment contractor with repeat projects in the area over the summer. Due to a well organised set up, helping out on site wherever possible is encouraged to ensure the project is delivered on time and to spec
The Role:
Health and safety monitoring and enforcement
Quality monitoring
Updating seniors on progress and achievements
Working collaboratively with trades, helping where possible
Requirements
Must have: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and IPAF
Good communication and IT skills
Problem solver
IT Literate
