HR Manager
At Daniel Watney Partnership we're looking for an HR Manager to join our team. We've just completed an exciting rebrand and are entering a new phase of growth and innovation. As our client base grows and the business evolves, we're looking for a people-focused HR professional to help shape and support our next chapter.

The Role:
Lead, manage & deliver the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention
Partner with senior leadership to deliver HR strategy & plans aligned with business objectives and industry best practice, using data and insights to inform decisions
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment law, working with people leaders to deliver best outcomes
Design, drive and deliver initiatives across engagement, wellbeing, learning & development, and DEI
Review and develop HR policies, processes, and systems to support a growing and evolving business
Manage and support recruitment activity, ensuring we attract and retain top talent, building talent pipelines and promoting our brand
Manage succession, talent and reward processes ensuring we continually develop and retain talent
Manage the graduate & apprenticeship program, ensuring that we attract and develop early talent and we deliver a high quality experience for our grads.
What We're Looking For:
A HR professional who is confident operating in a stand-alone role.
5+ years' experience in HR, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment
CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, able to work independently in this area
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to operate independently
Experience supporting a partnership environment is highly desirable

£60,000 per annum
25 days holiday + bank holidays
4 days in the office, Friday work from home
