Site Manager required for fit out / refurbishment project in the Bournemouth area. The Site Manager will be overseeing fit out / refurbishment works. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from groundworks through steel frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
