Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
1. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using database.
2. Process all employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, and contract amendments.
3. Support recruitment processes: advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and managing pre-employment checks.
4. Manage employee self-service systems and update working patterns, holidays, and access.
5. Record and track sickness absence and related documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and data protection requirements.
