Lead and case-manage employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and conflict) fairly, consistently and in line with UK employment law and client policies. Develop, implement and embed fit-for-purpose policies, procedures and manager guidance that support operational needs and reduce people risk. Partner with the client and Auxilium team to build and deliver a practical people plan aligned to business goals (capability, engagement, retention and compliance). Use data, insight and external best practice to continuously improve solutions for clients and contribute to the development of Auxilium HR’s services. Work flexibly across the Auxilium client portfolio, adapting priorities in line with business need. About you Essential: Proven experience in a generalist HR role (ideally client-facing or multi-site), managing competing priorities and delivering practical outcomes. Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel between Yeovil and the client site required). Our Company Transformation | Training | Technology Auxilium HR is a strategic HR partner for growing SMEs. We work with business owners and operational leaders who want to scale without people issues slowing them down. We bring structure, clarity, and confidence to how their teams are managed. Most businesses we support have outgrown “ad hoc” HR. Decisions are inconsistent, managers are under-supported, and people issues take up too much time at the top of the business. We change that. Our approach is built around three practical levers for growth: • Transformation to align people, structure, and strategy. • Training to build confident, capable managers. • Technology to simplify HR and improve decision-making. We don’t just advise. We work alongside our clients as an extension of their team to build people practices that reduce risk, improve performance and support sustainable business growth. If you think you could be a great fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you—please apply to submit your application and find out more.
