About the Role

As Parts Spares Sales Executive, youll play a vital role in supporting customers, managing stock, coordinating purchases, and ensuring smooth operations across logistics and production.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Process customer orders and handle spares requests.
Manage stock levels, ensuring availability and accuracy.
Coordinate purchases in collaboration with the procurement team.
Work closely with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and deliveries.
Keep customers informed of lead times and shipment progress.
Develop strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support.
Conduct occasional customer site visits to strengthen partnerships.
Contribute to management meetings, sharing insights and recommendations.
