Position: Admin Officer

Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Belfast City Centre

Contract Length: Until 31/12/2025

Hours of Work: 9 to 5, Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role: Administrative support to the daily operation of the Employee Relations department.

Main Duties:

1. Action tasks from shared task pad via email.
2. Assist with queries via email and phone, forwarding to relevant personnel.
3. Follow up on work not received before deadlines.
4. Cover shared mailbox on a rota basis.
5. Minute taking during meetings.
6. Mail duties – opening, preparing, and sending mail.

Requirements:

* Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (certificates required).
* Successful applicants will need to undertake a Basic AccessNI Check.

Desired Criteria:

* Previous NICS or HR experience preferred.
* Administrative experience preferred.
