Your responsibilities as Head of Recruitment
* Align recruitment strategy with wider organisational and people objectives
* Support and develop site-based hiring managers to improve hiring capability
* Review and optimise existing processes for consistency and efficiency
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key business areas
* Lead initiatives that strengthen employer branding and market positioning
* Standardise recruitment activity across sites to drive quality and performance
What were looking for in a Head of Recruitment
* Extensive recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or FMCG environment
* Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment capability across multiple locations
* Strong analytical skills with experience improving recruitment processes
* Experience designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies
* Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across a business
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
